Milk is the new superfood

On the first of April, a new milk saloon will be opened in Amsterdam. But on the thirty of April, the doors will close. During this period designers, consumers and scientists will rediscover milk. This pop up store is a phenomenon, which perfectly fit in our idea food nowadays. The period of undiscovered and special foods seems to be over. Now we expose that these products aren’t perfect. An initiative like this seems to fit. The milk saloon will give milk a new life and give it a new statement.

Why is it cool?
Because of the open world, we have the possiblility to share everything with eachother. Everyone has their own opinion about things. That's the reason why we don't know what's really the thruth. Milk is one of the products, which has been criticised a lot of times in the last few years. It should be unhealthy. Milk is just one of the examples, because more and more products seems to be really bad. After all the critics of experts, we don’t even know what’s right. Some specialists just say: “go back to our old habits”. That’s exactly what the milk saloon shows.
The milk saloon will give milk a new image. Fancy, because designers and scientists bundle their strength. Milk deserves this new and better image, just because it’s an special natural product. The milk saloon will give milk that new chance.
